Giving Up

Sometimes in life it seems easier to just give up than to keep pressing on every day towards a goal that is taking all of your time, energy and effort. It is times like that, I feel like the disciples on the night before the crucifixion. Some of them fell asleep in the garden while Christ prayed, one of them was the ultimate betrayer, all of them scattered and more than one denied knowing him. Here they were, with Christ himself, and still can't stay on the path when met with tough adversity. Okokok I will give them some slack, all but Judas did return and the one who denied him three times became the rock upon which the church was built. So, while right now I simply want to crawl back into bed and quit today, I am sure that soon I will come back to the fight.
